Vinyl to Metal Laminating Services
Western Metal can laminate polyvinyl films to a variety of metals, including cold-rolled steel, galvanized and electro-galvanized, aluminum, tin plate, tin-free steel, black plate and more. We are particularly adept at the lamination process that produces realistic textures like wood grain, pebble grain, linen texture, leather texture and free form textures.
Western Metal specializes in vinyl to metal lamination, for both indoor and outdoor applications. We use a variety of flexible films including PVC, TPO, PVC-PET, PVDF (Kynar©) and Hypalon© that are permanently bonded to a metal substrate to create a laminate that is highly flexible and extremely durable.
Any pattern that can be applied to film – including holograms – can be used for vinyl to metal laminating. Applications range from decorative to functional, including:
